Factors influencing the transformer’s efficiency and performance are carefully considered during the design phase. Our transformers comply with international standards EN 60076-1, BS 171, DIN, ANSI, ENEL CSA, and European Directive 548/2014 (Tier 1 & Tier 2).
ENERGOIN cast resin transformers offer a safe, reliable, and environmentally friendly solution for power distribution. With power ranges from 250 kVA to 20 MVA and voltages up to 36 kV, they are suitable for numerous applications in industry, infrastructure, and building technology.
Our transformers are manufactured according to the international quality and environmental standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The vacuum cast resin coil technology ensures high resistance to moisture, dust, and contaminated environments, guaranteeing reliable operation even under demanding conditions.
Depending on requirements, we manufacture our transformers using either the VI (vacuum impregnation) or VPI (vacuum pressure impregnation) process. This achieves optimal penetration of the impregnating resin, further improving electrical insulation, mechanical strength, and service life.
ENERGOIN cast resin transformers comply with the EU Ecodesign Directive (EU 548/2014) and the standard IEC 60076-11:2018-10.
